Here, strangers become friends over a cup of chiya.

Ancient temples become places of reflection.

Forests become classrooms.

Villages become homes.

Mountains become reminders of how beautifully simple life can be.

This isn't about escaping life.

It's about returning to it with greater clarity, gratitude, and presence.

"When I opened My Friend's Hostel, my dream wasn't simply to offer travelers a place to sleep. I wanted to create a place where strangers could become friends, where stories were shared over cups of chiya, and where visitors could experience the kindness and generosity that define Nepal.

Spiritual Journey Nepal grew from that same dream. It is my invitation to slow down, to discover our country through the people who call it home, and to leave carrying not only memories, but a different way of living.
