Every meaningful community is built on mutual respect.
To create a safe, peaceful, and welcoming environment for everyone, we invite each participant to embrace the following shared values.
Listen to your body.
Participate in activities at a pace that feels right for you.
There is never pressure to do more than feels comfortable.
We come from different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
Approach every conversation with kindness, curiosity, and an open mind.
We are guests in the communities that welcome us.
We dress appropriately at sacred sites, ask permission before photographing people, and approach local customs with humility.
This retreat encourages presence over distraction.
While phones and cameras are welcome, we invite you to use them intentionally so that you can fully experience each moment.
Spiritual Journey Nepal is designed as a space for clarity, wellbeing, and mindful living.
To maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone, the use of illegal drugs or recreational substances is not permitted at any time during the retreat.
We also ask participants to refrain from excessive alcohol consumption. In many parts of our journey—particularly during wellness practices, visits to sacred places, and community stays—we encourage an alcohol-free environment that honors both the local culture and the purpose of the retreat.
Ask questions.
Share stories.
Listen deeply.
Some of the most meaningful lessons come from conversations rather than classrooms.
Leave every place cleaner than you found it.
Carry a reusable water bottle.
Reduce waste whenever possible.
Respect wildlife.
Remember that nature is one of our greatest teachers.
Offer help when someone needs it.
Share meals.
Celebrate differences.
Laugh often.
Travel with generosity.
Our hope is simple.
That each person leaves this journey feeling healthier, more connected, and more compassionate than when they arrived.
Together, we create that experience.
